definitely getting surgery on my shoulder, just need to have the final consult appointment to find out what kind and when

physical therapy made it go from a partial tear to a full tear, sothey're like welp

the other option was cortisteroid shot but i've tried that too

it's still a 'small to medium' tear, but they want to catch it now

oof. on the other hand at least they'll do the surgery.
