I always start to go to bed around 9pm so I am in bed at around 10pm. Works. And I stand up ~6am again. Also works.

I guess this does not mean to work from 4pm to midnight, but just adjusting the time you work slightly into the direction that fits you better.

I plan to be in bed by 23h30, usually I succeed at getting down at 24:00. my bio-alarm goes off at about 5:00.

Finished watching Trese w/c was released at 12 mn so there goes my early to sleep habit... again.
Still awake up to now and it's almost 5am here. Oh well...
