I can no longer access my PC accounts because something in the update made the captcha stop loading..

could it be a browser issue?

also consider anti-malware software. something on your computer might be messing with the captcha. i've had that a couple times with being able to see captcha using one or another browser or even logging into Discord on a desktop

I have an antivirus? do i specifically need an anti-malware?

the captcha works fine on browser but not the client/game itself

not sure. I just know that some programs are more thorough than others. I think I needed the Premium Trial version of MalwareBytes to fix mine

the stupid thing is that it used to work just fine BEFORE the damn update

the captcha now just loads as a blank white box and NOTHING i do is making it load or show the stupid puzzle

Which is why I'm saying let them know, it's probably a glitch they need to know about.
