.... Why did I agree to switch with another co-worker to work today again?

I'm just so done

Of course it's the hottest day in a while and everyone is having ac problems that I've been trying to fix

And this one guy is yelling at me when I said id try everything I could to try to fix the problem and cursing at me

I literally dont know what more I can do???? No I do not go into each room to make sure the ac is working whenever I come into my shift... That is not my job....

I know it's summer and busy now and we've been full since I've gotten here but can people not yell at me for something that was not my mess up?

What the hell am I supposed to do about it more than what I am doing?
