says I must be making progress. I almost have up in the middle of a workout. Halfway through, I knew 20 minutes was too long.

Yet, I persisted.

Excellent! Other than walking, what are you doing ?

says Well, the rehab is a month, I think. Four sessions designed to get me moving. On that one, I started with some stepping thing that also moved my arms. The second was a basic treadmill, but I pushed myself to go faster and get my heart rate higher. I may have been a tad too aggressive.

But I manage to finish. So there's that.

I'm still walking before bed. Have managed to break 10K steps daily for a week now. Hoping it shows up on the scale soon.

Also trying to figure out how to work in some simple weights and stretches to help overall flexibility. Still trying to get that part of the script right.
