says Well, the rehab is a month, I think. Four sessions designed to get me moving. On that one, I started with some stepping thing that also moved my arms. The second was a basic treadmill, but I pushed myself to go faster and get my heart rate higher. I may have been a tad too aggressive.
Also trying to figure out how to work in some simple weights and stretches to help overall flexibility. Still trying to get that part of the script right.
Yet, I persisted.
But I manage to finish. So there's that.
