Arm no longer hurts unless I move it in a specific way. Thumb still hurts a fair bit.

I was washing dishes and there was a sliver of dried pizza dough on a bowl that wedged under my thumbnail when I was trying to clean it off

or the big cheese tried to ice me but I got away clean
