[ffxiv] has anyone else been having trouble with squenix's site?

I wanna preorder but when I clicked to place order (picking paypal) it flashes the 'processing' window for like a second then just does nothing at all

nnot when I did my preorder but that was days ago now

and obvs I don't wanna sit there and spam it for clear reasons
