The taxi just brought me back from the infectious disease clinic. I spend 2 hours in room 4 because the doctor kept leaving the room to have personal conversations. Exhausting. More blood cultures done. Oral antibiotics to take. She would have given me 2 weeks of IV instead of 1. I’m so happy to be home!

The doctor has requisitioned physio and a social worker. I hope they give me a couple of weeks of peace and quiet before the appointments start.

Next week I have to put my energy into getting my car running and fixing my Costco membership. After that everything will be so much easier.
