[MCU AU] realization: in hindsight, my Loki sort of wishes he'd tagged along with Thor when Thor was exiled to Earth. since it was the pivotal event that made Thor mature into the brother Loki always wanted, so he should've been there for Thor and been actually helpful

also, if Loki had access to time travel, he'd go back and engineer a situation where it seems like he and Thor are depowered and stranded on Earth well before the banishment was "supposed" to happen, in the hopes that just being so far outside of his comfort zone (and with friendly brotherly guidance) will be enough to set Thor straight
