oh god I hated those chapters in my accounting class. so much. tell me your feelings about ice cream, airplanes, and the ocean. tell me Lark's feelings about iron-on patches, hats, and jazz. tell me Annie's feelings on cats and emailing

and for fun, tell me Hawkeye's feelings on colorful fuzzy socks (toes or no toes? patterns? matching or not?) and his favorite kind of music

does he miss it now? does he turn up his hearing aids to still listen?

I like ice cream! I'm a shaved ice person though. I love to fly, I would hate to be a pilot, but the Navy side of my family all flew either helicopters or jets or both. I loove the ocean but I hate water so I tend to just body surf a bit in the shallow end.

Lark probably loved iron on patches as a kid, had a levi jacket just full of them that he would never admit to now. He never wears hats! He does, however, unironically enjoy how fedoras look on people who are not neckbeards. There's a reason it was a fashion trend for decades. He is picky about jazz,

a lot of the instruments used in it squeal too much for his hearing.

Annie HATES cats. And she can't type well and never learned to use computers much so she shies away from that. She'll send you a note on paper instead

HAWKEYE: oh man he'd love colorful socks, Lucky probably chews them up if they're fuzzy though. Which Clint would adore even though he'd groan about it. He'd want polka dots with those traction-grabby-bits on the bottoms.

I think Clint actually likes jazz, though. He enjoys that it has no set rules.

and yeah he misses not being able to hear all the nuances. His hearing is bad enough that he knows he doesn't get the full experience anymore but he still listens to every note he can get

Lark's feelings about mass transit. Annie's feelings about winter.

Lark is an upperclass Los Angeles native so he drives everywhere. But he supports mass transit being available to everyone. Everyone needs to get around! Also mass transit is easier to manipulate than traffic patterns.

Annie has never seen winter except on the Barge, so in canon she thinks it's just fluffy clouds on the ground that might be kind of cold and she would love to see it. In the Barge she knows it's bitter cold and she hates it but she'll enjoy it for tiny chunks of time
