I always get distracted by the way Tim talks about his brother in that statement

I think that's why I was drawn to Tim in a way. As I idolize my younger sister and I think she's amazing too.

Huh! I hadn't thought about that for Danny, but that definitely makes sense.

1) hyper focuses on something he intensely loves that it becomes his entire life
2) but when he's done, he throws it away and he's onto the next thing
3) HAS TO TALK ABOUT IT and is ridiculous energetic about it
4) hyper focus plans his entire entry to the endless detail of research more than is even needed

5) Cannot pull away from what he's doing once he's started, there is no ending until the task is complete, aka "the show must go on"

6) has to keep people up to date on what he's doing and needs the validation instantly from others, time is non existent to this, "I woke up to text messages for things he'd done over night"

And I'll be clear, I was never in that phase of I'm just going to project myself onto my favourite characters with my mental illness that tumblr was into
