We did one in improv once when I was like 9 where everyone was assigned a topic and had to do a short (like 2 minute I think) presentation

Just making things up as I go along, but if they know each other well, assign them each someone else, and have them give a one or two minute presentation/speech on why that person is awesome.

At the risk of shoehorning my current obsession into this, are you familiar with Taskmaster? It's a comedy show where comedians have to do silly tasks and it might be a good source of inspiration
