Yeah it's likely one of the missing students is Admin.

I guess there's a good reason why Kumo got immortality, I mean no way she can beat Mao--Ariel in her current state, much less running away from her.

but is she gonna let kumoko evolve even further? her immortality skill seems like a threat to her already.

Question is why did Ariel attack Kumo when she's not as strong as Mother Spider? I have a feeling Ariel felt Kumo's advanced appraisal skill and deemed her a threat that time.

Ariel probably figured out that since she can't kill Kumo (and probably would take ages for her to reach her level) she'll just bring her in.

that white-haired girl kinda doesn't feel like kumoko though. she seems...too quiet. or is she only reacting internally and not letting her emotions show?

Well, A lot can happen 15 years later she might have matured out of her current personality.
