i really think it depends on the person, but i wonder how they define a strong social-support network? governmental? personal?

🔹nkaru🔹 : they outline it in the book and it’s a lot to share succinctly but basically people who support you and don’t add to ruminating. They offer a balance of both emotional support and practical solutions but also don’t offer solutions when just venting is what’s wanted

I assumed personal social support as opposed to some sort of social service but I thuthat could apply too/ community in whatever form it takes
