Celebrating Mother’s Day tomorrow with my mom since she’s going to be out of town all of May basically. We’re going to make chicken parmesan, a simple motz and tomato salad, fresh lemonade, and chocolate soft serve! And! A little over a year later, I get to hug my mom again because we’re both vaccinated!
