Okay, so, the primary thing is that she mostly runs backline support with Da Vinci and whoever is acting director at the time in her lab. Analyzing shit, learning about magic, etc. She's aided by Osakabehime, who is an embarrassing otaku that the translation team sprinkled Japanese phrases into her speech to get the point across to the English audience.
However, there are a few big occasions that she had to leave and go on a rayshift directly. These include Babylonia, which in summary is, "The gang has fun times with Gilgamesh until literally everything goes horribly wrong and the past few days are a desperate fight against a giant dragon Tiamat while every living human dies or mutates into an abomination."
Since the main problem is, uh, a bit too mature for kids to deal with, and BB thinks that Conan is too fucking insufferable for her to even talk to, she chooses Haibara to rayshift into the future and putting her back at her true age.
Once there, Haibara has to run a gauntlet of a bunch of Servants in a Moon Cell-style Holy Grail War trying to kill each other in an oil rig sinking to the ocean floor that's being slowly digitized as she tries to figure out what the FUCK is going on, aided by the mysterious Meltryllis as BB just endlessly trolls her.
It turns out that BB has actually been trying to save the day for once, as when a remaining Demon God tried to possess someone on board the original Seraphix, it had the extremely bad luck of choosing the ONE person on the rig whose alternate self is so a. horrendously powerful and b. horrendous in general that it got possessed back and now Kiara is trying
Melt actually travelled back in time after a failed attempt to stop Kiara, and after a heartfelt goodbye she splits off and manages to defeat Kiara with the help of all the friends Haibara has made along the way.
After becoming convinced that the future holds the worst possible outcome, the super-ultra benevolent final boss kouhai-type AI BB decides to solve that problem by merging with Nylarthotep and Pele to create an infinite week-long time loop on Hawaii that only Haibara and a few others are aware of.
a LOT of stuff happens in this event and it's my number one favorite event by story, but the main thrust of it is that haibara helps out jeanne alter's doujin circle so she can try to escape the time loop that bb set up
The most important thing is that Vermouth is also on Hawaii for her OWN fucking vacation because frankly she deserves one, and is also aware of the time loop because BB thought it would be funny, and eventually knocks out Real Jeanne and replaces her on the plane ride back to Chaldea and impersonates various members of the staff.
The last Big Event deal essentially boils down to the opposite number of Kiara, Kamadeva without the deva, trying to pull something similar during the age of the Tokugawa Shogunate... except she uses all of the Chaldea staff and Servants to build her giant Ooku except Haibara, a few others, and, notably
Haibara has to save the day against ANOTHER BEAST and it turns out that Kama's primary plan is to turn her into a Tokugawa by forcing her to break the five Buddhist precepts (it makes more sense in context I swear to god) and is also an extraordinarily hot lady so Haibara almost gives up due to dokidokis before Kiara of all people sacrifices herself
