God. I wanna learn Reiki. It really helped me in the past. What got you into it?

Oh um ... I can't specifically say, I just sort of meandered into it by way of being able to just feel where tension was in people. Then I realized that I was doing it wrong and it was draining me A LOT

With Reiki you don't use your own energy or take on the other person's, you're just a conduit for the healing energy, which cleanses/balances out the negative anywhere else
