I've never owned a rabbit myself. An ex roommate of mine got one and discovered she hated it after a month. (She also gave the bunny a racist ass name.)

The bunny was a sweet baby. Liked to chase my cats. Dig BIG binkies over the simplest things. Didn't care to be picked up which was a big point of contention for the roommate.
