The achievement specifies the currently extant jobs and to 80, same as every previous expansion's equivalent. It will, if anything, get easier after EW drops, since you get an exp bonus based on the gulf between your current job and your highest leveled job.
i've gotten it enough times as an awful roulette surprise that i can do it reliably now, thank god, but it's still my least favorite SHB dungeon by a country mile for that part
