okokoko so Yuzu in BB would definitely be in the Military Academy, probably semi-talented with Ars Magus, but her fighting style would be in the defensive category, sorta like Celica range, naoto's mortal enemy. She doesn't get a Drive (because canon drives and gameplay drives are different) but she is part of the intelligence department.

as for Saber (and with my limited knowledge of her), she'd totally be part of the Duodecim, maybe with the Kisaragis if only because they're the family that doesn't care for looks, only strength. She's got access to Ars Magus as well but I see her fitting in the Wings of Justice department (and that is Not A Good Thing)

Final : OKAY SO Homura would probably be a vigilante, hanging around Kagutsuchi/Ibukido (your preference) due to the ease of access when it comes to the NOL (henceforth Library) branches. Would probably have a easier time using Ars Magus than most but would probably not know that due to not going to the Academy

superorbital: she would totally have a Drive, given her Prism Pink abilities tbh, would manifest as giant music notes that she could use however she wants. As for backstory, maybe she's in the Military Academy, and while she has an aptitude for Ars Magus, it's not as strong due to having said Drive. As if she would join the library? I don't see it
