so i decided to watch specifically the end bits of sarah z's video because i hate myself i guess and like

something i would like to point out is that her reporting of the june toblerone thing is inaccurate

Hussie hid the Toblerones without any expectation on what they would actually do, a fan found them and half-jokingly said using the declaration that canon was in the hands of the fans now that she'd use the power of the Toblerone to make June canon, and then Hussie said "aight" and said that it was indeed canon now.

What followed is a bunch of people went moderately fucking insane over finding the Toblerones to make wishes despite that not being the official intent, and I remember Kate getting swamped with dealing with Toblerone requests and it being a huge pain for the staff overall.

Just. Would like to clarify that.

A lot of the stuff in the video is. Technically factually correct

But it's presented in a way that lines up with the narrative of the people who have been harrassing my friends for fucking ages despite her supposedly calling them out as being bad

Also saying "Go cancel her if you don't like this" when talking about the script her trans friend wrote is, like, actually fucking rage inducing

I would probably be a lot more angry about the video if I didn't feel weirdly numb about it
