[laptop saga] my laptop has been in the shop for three weeks. I'm a day shy of two weeks since we ordered a replacement power cord for it. And ten days past the date to ship.

My FC is recommending unanimously, in chat tonight, that I respond to the support ticket they made for my order. THEN drag them and point out how unacceptable it is that a high-end pc company canโ€™t build a laptop to last two full years
