[work] tmw your reflection questions didn't save so now your AP thinks you didn't do it but it shows up twice on your profile for some reason

these reflection questions are a trip too "how can things improve?" how about stop telling us that we're not doing enough

we have been told so many times that we're not doing enough, we're not engaging enough, we're not helping the families enough, it's always we're not doing enough besides adopting my students what else can I do?

had to email my AP to tell her i did do the questions the site just didn't save it ;;

a bright side is our kids look much happier those masks were really killing their enjoyment of school

i have to go outside to breathe during recess and lunch i could only imagine how it must be to be 4 and trying to wear a mask from eight in the morning to 3:40 in the afternoon

we were only in school for a month, now our superintendent is talking about coming back in May and possibly summer school for all the staff -_-

sir with the way people are leaving maybe rephrase how we're not doing enough

this is going to be the second or third time we're flip flopping back into school and the parents who feel we're putting their child in danger of being sick are becoming louder

so on one side we have parents who want their kids back in school, the other side are parents who don't want their child back in school, and more than half the staff still working virtually and support staff being used to try to fill in the spaces so much fun

going back to school just to do May because we know June doesn't count, June is the end

evaluations went well! my AP still asking if I want to teach lol despite me complaining about this year i still do like teaching but she wants me to get out there more and join more committees and come out of my shell i can't help that i get back to being shy at work!

i go back to being the quiet student in the back of the room who does her work and answer questions XD

at work i'm shy, i'm quiet, i don't really tell anyone my hobbies no more than writing, reading, and watching tv cause it's who i am! i guess i'll try...

like i'm silly with the kids i sing i dance i do a silly voice but around my coworkers i'm like goes back into shell lol
