LARK is chugging along, enjoying his pairing with Pagan. He's going to be staying Very Busy even with Alec around, because for one thing Alec never sleeps and also stays busy, and for another Lark's on a MISSION
but he's also going to have to really emphasize that he does not always side with his husband on things, they're not mind twins, they are not That Kind of Couple
ANNIE is my little problem child. I've decided to demote her so I'm working slowly toward that. And the reason is because she refuses to deal with her canon ending when she knows she can just leave this place whenever she wants
in canon it leaves off with her being suicidal. In the Barge setting she's given up on rescuing her brothers, so she is full-on suicidal with a plan in place. SO. YEAH. I want to make her deal with that.
(More on Lark: he's going to be trying to get his friends and close CR to be buddies with Alec, also, because that's his version of pack building. It's an instinct, you guys, just roll with it.)
man so I'm still trying to decide if steve even notices alec is back before he comas but if he thinks it's a different alec (like his whole situation with bucky) he would want to find lark and be like "ARE YOU OKAY"
OKAY I am going to throw steve at lark for a short pre-coma thing XD since I think he will have seen it on the network but he's not going to engage with alec
I am super looking forward to B and Alec meeting in person, and if Lark is there, WELL. have fun Lark but I clearly need lots of Lark stuff with Steve coma'd and all, B is going to BE Around A Lot
see, I'm happy to roll with that because Alec will appreciate the attention to detail but also I planned this post this way for Alec because I was always under the impression the filter isn't advertised

I always imagine Lark bringing Alec home to the pack all "look at my amazing boyfriend, yes he kind of smells like a cat!" and the pack just afraid to ask what the fuck is wrong with Lark
That is good, though! His favorite game is, instead of getting close to people, he tries to push them away and then, if they don't go away, he worms his way into their lives forever.
