I got mine delivered by going to the main store and using the redelivery terminal there. it was easier to get to than the sims

I got in. Not getting it delivered yet, but people chatting in local are reporting that people ARE getting it when they have the redelivery link and try from home

my redelivery showed up on the website after about 10 minutes, and when I clicked it it instantly delivered
