He didn't make any threats and cooperated with police. He just made people very nervous two days after Boulder, Colorado.

That's why they called police, and police questioned him, and then decided to arrest him. He didn't fit the legal definition of a threat, just a disturbance.

You have to actually commit a crime to be charged with it. Most good police officers will arrest them for something they can make stick.

In an Open Carry state, one holstered handgun is common, one rifle is not unusual, but five guns makes people nervous, thus the disturbance.
