This is the Shadowstalker soulshape for Night Fae Covenant, and it drops from a rare in that maze over near Tirna Scithe. The shadowstalkers are the local panther-types, and are generally hostile.

It's the same rare who drops the green vulpin mount (Glimmerfur, I think?).
