i don't think you can't since there's nothing to ignite it.

Yeah how can one ignite that in the first place, it made it look like it's impact triggered.

i mean, sure friction could work to trigger it but impact as paper planes seem kinda weird.
unless there's more to it that we don't know. (we don't want kids making dynamite planes, don't we?)
