In the future. JP got it for the 20M downloads campaign. You can pick any of the non-limited SSRs but you have to get them to first ascend and bond level 5 within a month. Easy enough if you're willing to put the work in.

Maybe I just didn't know how to use him right but he was USELESS in that stormterror quest save for the fact I had no other archers with me.

On the other hand, Venti is godlike when used as a support. Succing all enemies into one spot while someone drops nukes is a bueno moment.
