i seriously don't know how ANYBODY can defend fucking "here's a scene of a 13-year-old girl openly masturbating while watching two adults have sex" as an actual scene shown ON SCREEN
the stupidest thing about it is that the only praise he could give mushoku tensei other than it having good production values was that it was "immersive"
yeah, like... I get that the worldbuilding, animation, and side characters are apparently good, that the story is apparently about the MC becoming a better person, and that all the cliches weren't cliches when the original was written??
