[work] drags hands down face

SCENE: Me, boss, and coworker are walking to the parking garage together.

Coworker: ... we're all quiet today.

Boss: I was writing reviews all afternoon so I'm a little fried. ... thankfully I have one less to do because [shelver] handed in her resignation to me today.

So for those keeping score- we are now down 3 part-time page positions, 3 part-time shelvers, one full-time page is on paternity leave for 2 months, and one is a question mark due to pain/health issues that nobody can give her answers about.

Oh, and yesterday another coworker was sexually harrassed by a patron and it spooked her so much she left early and called in today; she was allegedly heard to say "I can't take this place any more" so we could be losing someone else soon
