there are so many ways to have avoided this, if you take it the "N" logo is always going to be up in the corner of these thumbnails such as putting the title as FAR away from it as possible like someone had to have seen this, signed off on it, approved it, uploaded it
Honestly, I'm willing to believe this may have been an oversight. I remember a french TV show about king arthur started with "5th century BC" and the director was like "i don't get it, at least 100 person have seen this and nobody caught on the mistake before we released it."
