My morning thus far has been being informed that a bill my doctor never sent me has been referred to collections, so that's... fun.

Also their website won't even let me pay the bill I do know about, instead saying there's nothing due.

medical bills are somehow the worst to get taken care of

Which is impressive when you consider I can actually look up the bill I'm trying to pay and see the total amount

and the instructions on how to pay online, on the site I'm accessing it from, which says I owe nothing

the pain of medical bills tho

sometimes the websites don't update correctly. or in our case i log in and there's a SURPRISE mystery bill we were never emailed about.
