But almost none of those address the bias they face from faculty and peers (including their classmates and TAs), she said.

“If you really want to make change, you have to start with the faculty,” she added. “If we’re not going to focus on improving how faculty engage with systemically marginalized groups, then all of these other efforts are going to continue to be only marginally effective.”

看到剛剛這個 Duke 的推文只說這種從大學開始作的社會工程不是只有常春藤如火如荼地做, 連這種一般覺得重學術較不碰政治的學校近年來也非常媚俗了

然後看看那些在這些在名門大學電腦電機系搞設社會工程教授的履歷, 都非常不怎麼樣, 普普大學畢業, 因為黑人女性所以在不錯的大學(像MIT)拿到博士, 數學不用會寫程式電路學可能根本沒碰過
