At least this time it was the equivalent of my brain singing the chorus of New Rules at me but hooo boy

anyway guess it's time to rewatch Philosphy Tube's 'Men. Abuse. Trauma' again bc that apparently is. how I'm dealing with this very specific part of it (in part the reminder that the act of actually believing my memories/perception of what happened takes repetition and practice bc yes that's where we're at)
