Ok then for your Dwodd purposes: Dwight and Todd have an "emergency" phrase. If they were in trouble, and needed the other, they'd put it in an innocuous sentence. It lets the other know to come over immediately. Similar to how Wes knows Danny needs help if he's redrawing the Courage on his wrist.
It was something of a joke - Dwight was the one who insisted on having one while Todd didn't think it was necessary. For a while, they couldn't decide on what it was. Then it kind of developed by itself. Todd knows Dwight isn't okay when he says something like "It's getting too loud out there." And Dwight knows Todd needs something when he
Example: "Hey, the Twins have been calling everyone to come down, they're going out for ice cream. What flavor do you want?" "You go ahead. ...it's getting too loud out there." And then Todd drops the others and heads upstairs.
Example two: "I can't find this dumb book, I swear they're trying to hide the books from me now, I thought they rescinded my library ban! I need it, how do I figure out what sigils to use, I can't just leave that side of the school unprotected - " "I can lend you my sister's version." "Really? You will??" "Yeah... Just grab it, it doesn't matter."
Yeah, that's actually intriguing because it seems on the surface Dwight is the one freaking out, but to see Todd's actually the one who needs help in the moment? He must be very good at staying calm. That's fascinating.
