tbh i rarely do these for these reasons. but i'll give you soft and silly headcanons for themmmm.

1. tai is the only person ben confides in but he's also someone who he feels confident dropping his guard around, and acting like someone his age and not an old man. goofing around, getting into SHENANIGANS.

2. ben is affectionate and touchy with him. he's also probably rubbed his head "for luck" at some point because he's an idiot like that
