Lynx and Paint
[dargon] Okay so I got like...HALF the supplies I need, I think

Lynx and Paint
the pet place didn't have the size tank, so I ordered it and that should be in sometime next week

Lynx and Paint
*the size tank I wanted

Lynx and Paint
so I need to push back the meeting with the breeder too, because I want the terrarium and all ready to go when I pick them up

Lynx and Paint
but I DID at least get, like...a buttload of different lights and light holders, one for the basking lamp and then one for the natural lights/UV lights, a thermometer, some of the powdered supplements and a tank for the crickets

Lynx and Paint
oh and also a heat rock

Lynx and Paint
so I guess once I get the tank, I'll still need to get with it some substrate, some hides, some climbing branches or hammocks, and then feeder bugs

Lynx and Paint
man I'm feeling kinda overwhelmed with info right now x_x

Lynx and Paint
I'm sure once I'm actually have the dragon and settle into a care routine I'll feel better, but right now I'm still AAAAAAAAAA

Lynx and Paint
(oh shoot also need to get food and water dishes with the tank, too)

Lynx and Paint
so yeah, still AAAAAAA

Lynx and Paint
also sob, pet place just went ahead and gave me a discount on everything cause I spent so much money, sob

VeGGies
The setup is the hardest part

Lynx and Paint
it is, definitely

Lynx and Paint
there's so many different kinds of lights here

Xenonucleic
Heat rocks aren't good for dragons :<

Xenonucleic
It's better to heat them from above, and heat rocks are known to cause some severe burns because they can't really tell if it's too hot for them

Lynx and Paint
furfle. :x I actually brought this up to the pet store person since I had heard as such, and he said that they were fine for dragons, but not for geckos. Info says that the rock is supposed to shut off after reaching a certain temperature, but I'm not sure if that would be too hot for the dragon or not

Lynx and Paint
here's what I got so far
