it's hard to be sure but it's looking rather like Australia has lost the battle after caving in - despite the continuing existence of the internet separately from FaceBook (and Google).

I'm not totally aware of what this is... I've heard some news, but it was lacking on details. Thanks, as this might give me a better understanding... I can't say where I stand on this. It could be two evils standing against each other... Or it could be clear cut (I know one is evil).

it certainly spilled over into the public government resources too - to which my response is definitely that the Australian health department etc should jolly well have their own websites and not be at all dependent upon evil social media.
