she called me today on my way to the barn to let me know that a friend of hers who she had gone to lunch with before her trip had tested positive, and she herself went and got the test yesterday, and today it came back positive

so ive called out of work, and called the phone doctor that weve got access too, and ill need to find a local testing place that my insurance covers

but he also told me not to bother getting tested before monday or tuesday, because things wont show up in my system for 5-7 days

and im just

im self-isolating in my bedroom, and making sure to wash my hands regularly and wear a mask when i leave my room in hopes of reducing the possibility of exposure to the others in my house

but im still scared

and i forgot to ask the teladoc for a refill of my albuterol inhaler, because the one ive currently got is technically expired

both the other flight attendant and i were wearing masks for the whole time that we were in the uber together

and im beating myself up a bit because scheduling even asked if i wanted to take a car by myself instead of riding with someone else, and i said that id be fine
