Sara is 5'2. She doesn't look all that short, but anime official heights are always weird that way.

Kokoro doesn't have an official height but is fairly short compared to the other characters.

Anna I put at 5'5" in Unknown Seas, but then we got official heights and she's actually 5'4".

Momo is short just because she's inspired and built around the little sister archetype and those are always pretty short. 4'10" maybe? That seems a little too short, not sure.
