OKAY so I am making the broth sorta going off the recipe for bulalo but it's a shitty white person version because I couldn't find marrow bones so I'm using oxtail I had in my freezer and I'm OUT OF FISH SAUCE so I used 1/2 worcestershire sauce 1/2 chicken broth
