we see most of the rest of the scene through the reflection

as she pulls up her shirt, pokes at a fold of fat, frowns

then casually takes the knife she's holding and

painlessly, bloodlessly cuts the fat off

just comes off like she's made of clay

a little more on the other side, knife in, fat out, skinnier

happy with the results, she takes some off of her neck, too

her makeover is going great

until someone sees her

and the camera pulls back, and turns

and we see what she actually looks like

after all that cutting off of pieces

she doesn't notice anything is wrong

until he points out all the blood and exposed flesh, and she looks down

and immediately collapses

her response when he cries out in horror seeing what she's doine to herself is
