I think the guy has a point.

We'll see what the investigations will uncover, if they ever kick in probably.

My bet is that some lobbyists will find a way to stop it before it even starts properly.

Some simple bullshit will get found as the cause for all that and some scapegoat will lose his job and the whole thing will vanish.

Update: I'm still reading and trying to piece together what happened. This guy's video sums it up pretty well. But there is an interesting point he brings up, he says the hedge funds promised to buy more GME than existed.
