I think the FBI has plenty of video interviews for evidence. I don't think they need to call actual criminals as witnesses.

Yes. It's like if someone is acquitted in state court but still has to face federal charges.

There is no bar to indicting or prosecuting a former President. It’s never been done, for various reasons, but I think a compelling case can be made for it now. I’ll be posting an article on my timeline momentarily.
