Okay so the mustang paddocks are huge, for being in the city anyway, and they go through this heavily wooded park. These are the horses I've worked with as a volunteer for a few years, they're all rescues from the range so they are in fact very wild, but Marsha trains them and gentles them and they're wonderful
there's one horse, Daisy, who's just a 16.5 hand sorrel with a blaze. Her thing when I'd get in there with her and her group of mustangs was to trot over to me and put her head in my chest so I could scratch her ears
We had raccoons at my house when I was in high school. They decided to live in our chimney. Not the chimney out back where we sometimes had barbecues, no, the one on the house two stories up. Their greatest joy was harassing my cat. their second greatest was trying to get the flue open so they could come in the house
