so I have had two doctors look at my arm

I have thoracic outlet syndrome and I'm probably going to get referred to the specialty clinic

I've been doing PT but my right side of my face goes numb

and sometimes it stays numb

which the second opinion doctor said that means it'll likely mean surgery
