Clearly some sort of Special Ops exercise taking place offshore San Diego at the moment. USAF MC-12W BEDLM90 along with Air USA Inc (Mil Contractor) Cessna 337 N956AS orbiting right off Coronado Island providing ISR. (Note: Army 160th SOAR helicopters are in town as well).
