right now brain seems to say no to sharp cheese and garlic for some reason which sucks cause I have an amazing 2 year old cheese in the fridge (well it was aged for 2 years I didn't have it there for 2 years)
Chips! Also, anything with hot sauce? noodles. Ice cream... Salt and vinegar chips! (And when my sister was going through morning sickness, she said those helped). Rye bread, queso dip, danishes of all sorts, cinnamon buns...
I don't the breads I eat here are available in Canada XD but yeah, I eat what's called Pan de Coco which is essentially sweet bread that has coconut jam filling
If you've got access to chinese grocery stores, see if you can get zongzi! They're like... chinese tamales except made with sticky rice instead of corn. And they're great!
Olives! But particularly Castelvetrano ones from Costco. I also like to buy raw nuts and roast those then mix them with a touch of egg white, cardamom, cinnamon and a bit of sugar then roast them again for sweet, spiced nuts
i have a friend who is also pregnant (about the same place you are!) and she's been relying a lot on smoothies because apparently the eating-enough thing is tough and that works pretty well for her
trying to think of high calorie things..... i love peanut butter snack crackers tbh. also strawberries and nutella, and i make my own chex mix sometimes that;s super addictive

also these can be kinda hard to find (at least in my area) but if you can find them they're a m a z i n g
