COOL i appear to have been a victim of debit card fraud

canceled the card and i'm getting it replaced later today

i guess someone in texas tried to pay their AT&T bills with my card, somehow

so that's fun

i'm assuming from the word "tried" that they didn't succeed, at least

there were two transactions, one of them got auto-flagged which is how i found out

the other made it to pending status so i'm supposed to keep watch on it and see if it goes through or not

it happens. sucks but at least it's relatively easy to fix. just annoying after the fact to correct everything w that card stored oof.

ugh yeah that's how I feel every time I get a "have I been pwned" email. like uggghhhhhhgggrreeeaaaat I have to change a zillion site pw now bc just one got breached
